The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a historic villa and does not offer a panoramic view, but features well-distributed and functional spaces.

The heart of the home is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen and living area. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, and everything you need to cook comfortably.

The living area includes a 1.40 m sofa bed, suitable for accommodating one or two people. There is also a 39" Smart TV with access to basic channels.

The bedroom is separate and quiet, featuring a double bed that can easily be converted into two single beds according to your needs. The furnishings include comfortable 30 cm–high mattresses, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.

If necessary, a travel crib can be provided.

At the entrance of the apartment, there is a separate office, ideal for working or studying in peace, with fast fiber optic Wi-Fi available throughout the house.

The bathroom, though windowless, has a forced ventilation system, a spacious shower, hairdryer, and a basic courtesy kit (shampoo and shower gel).

Guests will have at their disposal: towels, bed linens, blankets, and duvets.

Thanks to the thick walls typical of period houses, the apartment stays naturally cool even on hot days. Every room is equipped with ceiling fans to ensure additional comfort.
